The Heater Core Assembly Machine is a specialized radiator core assembly system designed for the automated production of automotive heater cores. It precisely assembles flat tubes, fins, main plates, and side plates into complete core assemblies. As a key piece of radiator making machine equipment in automotive heat exchanger manufacturing, it also supports the assembly of certain small-scale condensers and evaporator cores.

• High Precision Assembly – Ensures accurate flat tube pitch and uniform fin arrangement with excellent dimensional consistency. This core builder machine significantly improves the yield of subsequent brazing processes, achieving positioning accuracy up to ±0.01 mm.

• Flexible Changeover – Supports rapid model changeovers to accommodate various heater core specifications. It integrates seamlessly with fin press machine and fin forming machine lines, making it ideal for multi-variety, small-batch production of aluminium fin press applications.
