3. Modular & Controllable Heating System: The brazing chamber is divided into three independently controlled heating zones. 4. Optimized Atmosphere Management: Equipped with integrated nitrogen pipelines and flowmeters, the system allows for precise, adjustable atmosphere control across the pre-curtain, brazing, and rear chambers, which is critical for high-quality aluminum brazing.
5. Robust Construction & Easy Maintenance: The shell is built from 6mm thick Q235 steel plates with a bolted, sealed top and accessible side panels for easy servicing. Heating elements are accessed via insulated ceramic tubes with plug heads, simplifying replacement and minimizing heat loss.
